NOVEMBER National Donor Sabbath Nov. 2 - Bridging Lives, Dia de los Muertos National Donor Sabbath is celebrated during the month of November. It is a time set aside for religious leaders of all denominations to talk about their faith’s support of donation. All major religious organizations in the United States support organ, eye, and tissue donation as a compassionate gift.
Bridging Lives, Dia de los Muertos Donor families are invited to decorate a Living Legacies Altar at a arts center. The Altar is decorated with photos and mementos of cornea donors. For more information on the event, please call us. |
